I
’m the math teacher here for grade 5-8. It’s always a worthy challenge to push students to a place where they thought they couldn’t get. People either rise or fall to the standards that they’re given. My goal is to engage each student and show that if they focus, apply themselves, they can really understand and learn, and continue learning. To be confident in their God-given abilities, to be disciplined, diligent, patient and
hard-working, to be able to love God with all their hearts, soul, strength, and their mind.
I often enjoy the outdoors, anything to do with photography or film, and reading – getting out on a trail or taking time to craft photos are some of my favorite things. I’m also a huge believer in life with community, actively involved with the young adult life at my local church.
